What you’re applying for

We’re looking for a Customer Services Agent who has experience in delivering exceptional customer support through multiple channels of communication.

You’ll work closely with sales agents, customers and insurers to ensure that each and every enquiry and request for help is progressed to a successful outcome.

What you’ll need

– 1+ years experience in a customer-facing environment
– An eye for detail
– A genuine desire to deliver a world-class customer experience
– Comfortable with modern technology and adaptable to change
– Experience in the general insurance industry is an advantage, but not essential
